I had a wonderful time photographing this adorable family this week! We went to UNC’s campus and it was so fun to be back there! These two darling kiddos were so good, too! I haven’t looked through all the images yet but here are some early favorites:

It’s hard to believe that this little man is already 6 months old! The weather has spoiled our session a few times, but luckily the rain held off today so we could get some adorable shots of this little guy. His mom had some great hats ready--- the blue one is totally my favorite—and he was so well behaved that this session was a breeze. Here are some favorites:

I have been looking forward to taking this little man’s pictures for so long! His mommy is one of my dear friends—who I do not see nearly enough—but they made the drive up my way today for some pictures and I was so excited! Little man “J” was such a good sport even though the ground was soggy and he couldn’t crawl around…and he even gave us some cute smiles! Here are a few favorites:

I was so excited to take some engagement pictures for my friends, “C” and “M” this week! The weather was a drizzly mess, but no amount of rain could put a damper on these two love birds! We shot these out at Finley Golf Course in Chapel Hill because they met working there and both love to golf…so it was the perfect spot! I seriously can’t express how excited I am for them… they are truly made for each other! I still remember when they first started dating…I had just met “C” but I could already tell he was smitten! Anyways, enough babble…I haven’t looked through all the images yet but I had to post SOMETHING…so here goes!
I kind of want to do another session when the weather is better…because riding around in that golf cart was so fun! Maybe I should take up golf…hmmm… Anyways, I had a great time with you guys and can’t WAIT for the big day!
I had a wonderful time photographing the amazing “A” family this week in Raleigh! They are such a cute family, and little Miss “E” was so beautiful—like a porcelain doll! I was so excited to take some maternity pictures for our friends, “N” and “D” this week! They are expecting their first baby boy on Christmas Day! We couldn’t be happier for them! I have a lot of favorites, but here are a few!

So I usually don’t do a lot of crazy things to my photos during processing…however, I’m starting to like the “vintage” look. This one is so warm and rosey…What do you think?

I was thrilled to be able to photograph this adorable family again this fall! We’ve had this session scheduled for months so I had a long time to look forward to it…but the day came, and the weather was perfect! Sweet Miss “K” wasn’t really interested in having her picture taken today…but such is the nature of an 18 month old = ) Still, we got some great shots and I have so many favorites! Here are a few:

I was so excited when L’s mom contacted me about doing some pictures for her first birthday! I photographed Miss L when she was around 6 or 7 months old, and I thought she was beautiful then…but wow, just look at her now! Ok, if photographing little babies like this doesn’t give you baby fever, I don’t know what does. Little man “L” was absolutely perfect today! I was little nervous because he was already 2 weeks old today, but he was such a champ and gave us some sleepy shots, and some alert shots! He is such a lucky little guy to have such great, loving parents, and it was a pleasure to meet the whole family today! Here are some favs:

After I had to cancel sessions earlier in the morning due to rain, I was excited that this family wanted to brave the rainy drizzle for their mini session today in Durham. Miss “D” was so, so cute and I had a great time photographing this great family!

So the rainy drizzle never did stop…but these great kids didn’t seem to mind one bit! They were real troopers in the rain and I’m so glad they decided to do their session because we got some great shots!

I had a fantastic time photographing these adorable kids this week! Even though it was cloudy and a little cold, and was sprinkling right before, the rain sprinkles went away and we were able to get some great shots! L-O-V-E was in the air this weekend…I had so much fun photographing this adorable couple! Engagement sessions are a nice break for me…they actually did what I asked! = ) Just kidding, but seriously this couple is fantastic and were so easy to photograph. We had a great time exploring downtown Raleigh and what can I say…I cannot WAIT until their wedding in May! Just look at these two!
